How I Won $20,000 Using Stokastic’s Sims for NFL DFS

If you’re familiar with Stokastic, you’ve likely seen countless testimonials from users celebrating big NFL DFS wins thanks to our Sims. Some wins are modest, while others seem almost too good to be true. I’m living proof that they’re not. With Stokastic’s Sims, I immediately gain an edge over most of the field. Last night, during the Sunday Night Football game between the Packers and Seahawks, that edge paid off. I won over $20,000 by placing 1st in the DraftKings NFL Showdown $1M Sunday Night Contest. My total investment? Just $120 across eight $15 entries. I’ve always been a sports bettor first and a casual DFS player second. And when I say casual, I mean it. However, that all changed when I joined Stokastic. Now, even as a casual player, my approach has been transformed — and it can do the same for you.

How I Won $20,000 Using Stokastic’s Sims for NFL DFS

My process involved adjusting our Sims’ settings for the contest layout – large field, max pool size, and proper payout distribution for first place. I generated lineups about 20 minutes before kickoff, ensuring the latest projections were in place. From there, I reviewed the Sims’ top ROI lineups, selecting the highest-rated ones and a few others I felt had potential.

One lineup that stood out was captained by Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs, a choice I wouldn’t have ever considered without the Sims. In showdown contests, the captain earns 1.5x the points of a flex player, so choosing wisely is critical. The Sims identified Doubs as the optimal captain, and the lineup delivered.

The whole process – from running the simulation to uploading my lineups – took about five minutes. It’s that simple.

Winning a major contest, of course, isn’t easy. There’s always an element of luck. But to even get into a position where luck can work in your favor, you need a solid foundation, and that’s exactly what the Sims provide. This season, I’ve come close to the top multiple times. Last night, everything came together, and it finally happened for me and the other Stokastic users with the same lineup.

This isn’t the first time they’ve worked in my favor either, I’ve had a couple other solid outcomes this football season due to the Sims’ recommendations:

If you’re serious about competing in DFS contests, you need to take advantage of Stokastic’s tools. They’ll give you the edge to put yourself in a constant position to succeed. Don’t hold yourself back – get into contention with a Stokastic+ NFL package!
