Starting with Bryce Young and the Panthers
For this stack, I paired Bryce Young with Chuba Hubbard and Adam Thielen. Hubbard is involved in both the run and pass game, making him a versatile option regardless of game script. Thielen is the most reliable pass-catcher for Young, and this double-stack creates synergy in my lineup.
Hubbard’s pass-catching role ensures he’s viable even if the Panthers fall behind. Combined with Thielen’s consistent target share, this stack gives a solid foundation for the lineup.
Value Defense: Cleveland Browns
To free up some salary, I went with the Browns defense. It is priced at just $2,200 and faces a Chiefs offense that has sputtered a bit recently. Playing at home in Cleveland, the Browns provide enough upside at this price to warrant inclusion.
Roster Considerations: Derrick Henry vs. Value Plays
While Derrick Henry has a favorable matchup against the Giants and a rushing line around 101.5 yards, his $8,300 salary makes him a tough fit without significant passing-game involvement. Instead of locking in Henry, I opted for value plays that open up the mid-range of the lineup.
Running Back: Chase Brown and Rico Dowdle
Chase Brown has stepped into a leading role for the Bengals, who are clinging to their playoff hopes. As a 5-point favorite against a struggling Titans team, Brown projects for heavy usage at a reasonable price.
Rico Dowdle from the Cowboys is another excellent value. At $6,100, Dowdle has been averaging over 20 touches per game, including consistent involvement in the passing game. With the Cowboys facing the Panthers, Dowdle makes for a strong run-back option in this game stack.
Wide Receiver and Tight End Options
For wide receiver, my focus shifted to some mid-range options like Calvin Ridley and Marvin Harrison Jr., who are consistently delivering strong performances. Jerry Jeudy also remains in play at $6,200 due to his steady target share and unchanged salary.
At tight end, I considered Hunter Henry as a cheap, high-upside option, along with Trey McBride, who has become a target monster. If Cedric Tillman remains out, David Njoku is another viable pick due to his elevated role in the Browns passing game.
