NFL DFS Picks for Week 11: Best Cash & GPP Picks This Week
By the way, I took second place in DraftKings’ Week 9 NFL DFS $555 Milly Maker, winning $115,000! I hand-built three using Stokastic’s tools and choosing another three based on the top-ROI plays from the Sims.
For my seventh lineup — the one that ultimately clinched second place — used a mix of leverage data from Stokastic’s NFL Boom/Bust Tool and the players showing up the most in the top Sims lineups. And boom — a six-figure cash.
NFL DFS Picks for Week 11: Quarterback
Cash Game Pick: Brock Purdy (SF): $6,400 OR Jameis Winston (CLE): $5,500
Unlike some previous weeks where the cash game quarterback has been clear, Week 11 doesn’t offer that same clarity. Although there isn’t one quarterback that stands out above the field, Purdy and Winston are projected to be the two highest owned, and in cash games it makes sense to follow that ownership.
GPP Pick: Tua Tagovailoa (MIA): $6,000
What was once a vaunted Dolphins offense has undoubtedly turned into a shell of itself in 2024. Simply put, there hasn’t been much to like about Miami for DFS purposes so far this season, and the once unstoppable Tyreek Hill has been held to a total of two touchdowns. Though much of Miami’s offensive demise can be attributed to Tua Tagovailoa missing five weeks with a head injury, the Dolphins’ offense just hasn’t clicked on all cylinders at any point this season, even when Tua has been healthy. That said, we’ve seen how explosive this offense can be when healthy, and coming off a massive win in Los Angeles against the Rams on Monday Night Football to keep it’s playoff hopes alive, the time to buy the Dolphins is now.
Though Tagovailoa wasn’t great from a fantasy perspective on Monday night, winning that game was huge for Miami’s overall morale, and don’t be shocked if they come out hot against a weak Raiders defense on Sunday. Despite the clear upside that Tua and the Dolphins have in this spot, Tagovailoa is not getting nearly the love he deserves on DraftKings. As of this writing, Tagovailoa is projected to be optimal 7.98% of the time this slate plays out on DraftKings, but only 6.9% of the field is expected to roster him. Stokastic’s Sims are even higher on Tagovailoa, as he’s currently showing up in 17.3% of my top 300 lineups.
Other NFL DFS GPP quarterback picks: Josh Allen, Jared Goff, Matthew Stafford, Geno Smith, Drake Maye, Anthony Richardson
NFL DFS Week 11 Picks: Running Back
Cash Pick: Christian McCaffrey (SF): $8,300
The cash game lock of the week, Christian McCaffrey will likely be one of the highest owned players we’ve seen all season on DraftKings. When healthy, McCaffrey is the consensus top overall player in fantasy football, and after taking 89% of snaps in his return last week, he’s way too cheap on DraftKings at $8,300. McCaffrey has had a ton of success against Seattle, averaging 26 DraftKings points per game over his past four against the Seahawks.
As of this writing, McCaffrey is projected to be optimal 23.58% of the time this slate plays out on DraftKings. Though McCaffrey is clearly projected to be over owned with 36.7% of lineups projected to roster him, that number should be closer to 100% in cash games. If you want to fade CMC on this slate, do it in GPP’s.
GPP Pick: Audric Estime (DEN): $4,500
One of the breakout stars of Week 10, best ball and NFL draft nerds alike have been waiting for Audric Estime to bust out in the Broncos’ backfield. After fumbling problems and injuries hampered him at the beginning of the season, Estime emerged as Denver’s go to running back in Week 10, totaling 14 carries for 53 yards. Broncos head coach Sean Payton has raved about Estime this week, and presuming he serves as Denver’s lead back against the Falcons, he’s one of the top tournament plays on the slate.
With veteran Javonte Williams looming, it’s tough to imagine Estime gaining too much steam off just one solid week, but he’s currently projected to be one of the highest leveraged players on the entire slate. Estime’s leverage makes sense when considering he is projected to be optimal 11.40% of the time this slate happens, but only 5.7% of the field is projected to roster him. Stokastic’s Sims tell a similar story, where Estime is currently showing up in 15.7% of my top 300 lineups.
Other NFL DFS Cash Game & GPP running back picks: Alvin Kamara, Bijan Robinson, Breece Hall, Jahmyr Gibbs, De’Von Achane, Rhamondre Stevenson
NFL DFS Picks for Week 11: Wide Receiver
Cash Pick: Kayshon Boutte (NE): $3,500
While he’s not quite the lock that Christian McCaffrey is, Kayshon Boutte is also a cash game staple at $3,500. With Drake Maye under center, Boutte has led the Patriots in routes run in each of his past three games. While he hasn’t done much with those opportunities, averaging only 6.7 DraftKings points per game over that stretch, Boutte has always had tantalizing upside since his LSU days, and his price tag makes him the top cash game punt play on a slate with a lot of viable spend up options.
Other NFL cash game wide receiver picks: Tyreek Hill, George Pickens, Khalil Shakir, Courtland Sutton, Cedric Tillman, Elijah Moore
GPP Pick: Curtis Samuel (BUF): $3,300
It’s this week’s trash pick of the week — so if you don’t enjoy diving in dumpsters like I do, go to the tight end section.
While completely acknowledging that Curtis Samuel has been more of a letdown than anything else in his first season in Buffalo, he’s coming off his most productive game of the season, and in tournaments he offers direct leverage against a similarly priced, chalky Boutte.
With both Amari Cooper and Keon Coleman sidelined, Samuel led all Buffalo wide receivers in offensive snaps (66) last week. With Cooper questionable and Coleman out again this week, there’s plenty of reason to expect a similar workload for Samuel this week in a massive game against the Chiefs. Aside from his signs of life in Week 10, Samuel is popping in a big way in both Stokastic’s Tools and Stokastic’s Sims. As of this writing, Samuel is projected to be the most positively leveraged player on the slate, with an optimal percentage of 17.04% and only 9% projected ownership. Stokastic’s Sims can’t seem to get enough of Samuel, as he’s showing up in a whopping 46.7% of my top 300 lineups sorted by ROI.
Other NFL DFS GPP wide receiver picks: Justin Jefferson, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Deebo Samuel Sr., Calvin Ridley, Jaylen Waddle, Jerry Jeudy, Mack Hollins, Devaughn Vele

NFL DFS Week 11 Picks: Tight End
Cash & GPP Pick: Travis Kelce (KC): $6,300
After starting the season as a borderline afterthought in Kansas City’s offense, Travis Kelce is back to doing Travis Kelce like things, with 20 or more fantasy points in three straight games. The addition of DeAndre Hopkins has opened up the middle of the field for Kelce, and as a result he’s caught a combined 32 passes over the past three games. Kelce is back to being the top tight end in fantasy football, and priced the same as the 17th-highest priced wide receiver, he’s way too cheap on DraftKings. Stokastic’s Sims confirm this sentiment, as Kelce is currently showing up in 32.0% of my top 300 lineups.
Other NFL DFS Cash Game & GPP tight end picks: Hunter Henry, Jonnu Smith, Davis Allen
NFL DFS Picks for Week 11: DST
