This is the last hurrah for the regular season with basically four games left for each team. Nobody played on Monday and nobody will play this Saturday, but every team will be in action on Sunday.
Dallas will likely stay in the No. 5 seed, with the Los Angeles Clippers two games ahead and the Phoenix Suns and New Orleans Pelicans two games below — along with the risk of sliding into the Play-In Tournament.
Charlotte lost by just 3 on Sunday, though the visiting Oklahoma City Thunder did not have Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. The Hornets knocked off the Magic on Friday when Orlando was in town, so that was a legitimate victory with Paulo Banchero actually playing 40 minutes for the opposition.
This is all just a reminder that, at this time of the year, even the teams that are among the dregs can still get hot and keep games close with their undermanned rotations, even against playoff-bound teams holding onto motivation and having reasons for ensuring wins come to fruition.
Luka Doncic sat out last Friday in Golden State, but Kyrie Irving was able to lead the Mavericks to victory. Doncic has crushed over his last nine games, averaging 38.4 minutes, 30.4 points, 10.7 rebounds, 10.3 assists and 2.0 stocks. Each of these games was alongside Irving, who averaged 37.6 minutes, 27.6 points, 3.9 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.6 stocks. This duo dominates the usage for Dallas, and that should not change tonight.
On the Charlotte side, Miles Bridges is in play for tournaments across the industry. Rookie Brandon Miller and veteran Grant Williams can be sprinkled in as differentiators.
Victor Wembanyama: Spurs vs. Grizzlies
Stokastic’s Fantasy Point Projections
DraftKings: 63.2 | FanDuel: 64.56

DraftKings: 22.7% | FanDuel: 36.5%
DFS Salary
DraftKings: $11,000 | FanDuel: $11,900
Victor Wembanyama has been amazing over his last five games on top of an already otherworldly season. In this recent stretch, he is playing 36.1 minutes per game and taking 21.0 field goal attempts. This has culminated in 29.0 points, 14.8 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 4.6 blocks. He also has three 70-plus-fantasy point performances in this timeframe.
Who knows who is going to play tonight for Memphis, but another strong showing from Wembanyama is definitely in the cards. Santi Aldama, Desmond Bane, Luke Kennard, John Konchar and Jaren Jackson Jr. are out, among the Grizzlies who have recently played. Jake LaRavia and Lamar Stevens missed the last game, and it would be a surprise to see them play tonight after being listed as doubtful. Memphis actually has won three of four games, but the team also has five 20-plus-point losses in the last fortnight.
Gregory “GG” Jackson, Maozinha Pereira, Scotty Pippen Jr., Trey Jemison, Jordan Goodwin, Zavier Simpson, Brandon Clarke and Timothy Allen are the likely eight active players tonight.

Today’s Top Sports Betting Pick
Dejounte Murray has been a terrific DFS option in the 20 or so games without Trae Young. However, tonight he is going against the Miami Heat, which has his 8.5 assists prop looking ripe for the under.
Currently, this wager is available at +110 on BetMGM and bet365, which is terrific when compared with sharp book Pinnacle posting a -116 line that is absolutely punitive by comparison.
By using OddsShopper to do the heavy lifting when researching favorable bets, we can quickly spot inefficient lines like this one, and having accounts at multiple sportsbooks allows us to pivot to the best number quickly.
Per the true odds of -103 (how OddsShopper measures the potential expected ROI of a given wager), this opportunity has a significant 6.4% positive expected ROI as a function of the inefficient line.
NBA Bet Pro currently has Murray projected for 37.1 minutes and 8.17 assists. While that is just below the threshold, it does not account for a varied range of actual outcomes. Getting this wager down at plus money is key, particularly with the coinflip 51% expected success rate.
