PG/SG: Ayo Dosunmu (CHI) – $5,500

In what looks like the game of the night for NBA DFS, Chicago gets a matchup against the Wizards in Washington, a game that currently has a whopping 245.5-point total. While the Wizards are projected to have the three most popular players on DraftKings, the Bulls aren’t getting nearly that same love.

Ayo Dosunmu has been really popular on DraftKings recently. It’s not as if he’s coming in unowned on Tuesday, but the field has picked an interesting matchup to finally back off Dosunmu. As of now, Dosunmu is featured in 34.0% of the top 300 lineups based on ROI in Stokastic’s Sims, while only 19.7% of the field is expected to roster him.

SF/PF: Matas Buzelis (CHI) – $4,000

Sticking with the Bulls, 2024 first-round pick Matas Buzelis is another player who isn’t getting the love he deserves on DraftKings. Buzelis has started to earn some minutes in Chicago’s frontcourt, and at $4,000 on DraftKings, he’s got a ceiling that most other players in his price range don’t have. Though Buzelis will have his inconsistencies as a rookie, he’s a player who can accumulate fantasy points extremely quickly, and his upside in this specific spot is massive.

Buzelis is slated to be in just 7.4% of DraftKings lineups, yet he boasts a 9.62% optimal rate for this slate and appears in 24.3% of the top 300 lineups.

SF/PF: Lauri Markkanen (UTA) – $7,400

Pivoting to a former member of the Bulls, current Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen is the highest-graded leverage play on the entire slate. Markkanen is averaging 33.9 DraftKings points per game, and he’s generally been merely solid. Recently, however, Markkanen has seen an uptick in production, as evidenced by the 44.43 DraftKings points he’s averaging over the past three games. Despite his recent production and still-cheap $7,400 price tag, Markkanen is falling through the cracks on DraftKings.

Markkanen appears in 32.0% of the top-300 lineups, yet only 17.2% of lineups are projected to roster him.
