DraftKings NBA DFS Picks Today, December 4
5 – Bogdan Bogdanovic
Position: SF/SF | Salary: $4,400
Projections: 12.7 Points, 3.1 Rebounds, 2.4 Assists, 1.3 Stocks
I have Bogdanovic locked in for 26 minutes tonight, and his shooting guard and small forward eligibility is the best position combo you could ask for on a six-game slate. The matchup against the Bucks is solid, especially since Milwaukee is on the second half of a back-to-back. Bogdanovic is a value option who doesn’t need to go nuclear to be worth his salary. If he eventually gets bumped up to 28 to 30 minutes, he could be even better down the line.
4 – Giannis Antetokounmpo
Position: PF/C | Salary: $12,100
Projections: 33.3 Points, 12.2 Rebounds, 6.1 Assists, 2.1 Stocks
Giannis is pricey $12,100 but well worth it on this slate, where there are no Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic or Joel Embiid alternatives. Yes, the Bucks are on a back-to-back, which isn’t ideal, but Giannis’ ceiling is unmatched today. If you’re spending up, he should be your first click.
3 – Cameron Johnson
Position: SF/PF | Salary: $6,600
Projections: 20.0 Points, 4.6 Rebounds, 3.2 Assists, 1.5 Stocks
Johnson is questionable for tonight, but if he’s in, he’s one of my favorite plays. The Nets are dealing with a ton of injuries — Cam Thomas is out, and Dorian Finney-Smith, Ben Simmons and Ziaire Williams are all questionable. Johnson could see an increased role depending on how the injury news shakes out. Even if everyone else is in, he’s a top play against the Pacers in a fast-paced matchup.
2 – Mike Conley
Position: PG | Salary: $4,800
Projections: 10.4 Points, 3.5 Rebounds, 5.7 Assists, 1.7 Stocks
I’m back on the Conley train tonight. The Timberwolves are still running a tight rotation, with just eight guys seeing the floor. Even if I bring his minutes down to 29, Conley would still be a top-10 play at his salary. He’s consistent and delivers solid value for his price point, which is exactly what you need on a slate like this.
1 – Tyler Herro
Position: PG | Salary: $7,600
Projections: 23.9 Points, 5.0 Rebounds, 5.8 Assists, 1.0 Stocks
Herro is thriving as a more efficient scorer, taking more 3’s and fewer bad mid-range shots. Jimmy Butler is questionable, which could make Herro even better if Butler sits. Regardless, Herro is my favorite play on the slate, and you should feel confident locking him into your lineups.
