5 – Giannis Antetokounmpo
Position: PF/C | Salary: $11,300
Projections: 30.7 Points, 11.9 Rebounds, 6.0 Assists, 2.3 Stocks
At $11,300, Giannis stands out on a slate that does not include Nikola Jokic. This creates a bit more breathing room for him as one of the premier pay-up options. While Victor Wembanyama might grade out slightly better in raw projection, Giannis’ power forward eligibility gives him added lineup flexibility, which is critical for roster construction. Plus, the matchup against Toronto is as good as it gets.
4 – Devin Vassell
Position: SG/SF | Salary: $6,100
Projections: 19.5 Points, 4.1 Rebounds, 3.8 Assists, 1.6 Stocks
The Spurs have started concentrating their minutes on their best players, which bodes well for Vassell in a fast-paced, high-total game. His ability to slot into multiple positions makes him a near-lock in both cash games and GPPs. He’s healthy and playing significant minutes — exactly what we want at this salary.
3 – Victor Wembanyama
Position: C | Salary: $11,100
Projections: 27.0 Points, 12.0 Rebounds, 4.1 Assists, 5.3 Stocks
The matchup against the Bulls is a dream spot for Wembanyama, who should dominate inside. While his center-only designation can make roster construction trickier, the ceiling he offers makes it worth the effort. This could be one of those slates where Wembanyama becomes a must-have alongside Giannis.
2 – Immanuel Quickley
Position: PG | Salary: $7,000
Projections: 20.1 Points, 4.3 Rebounds, 7.7 Assists, 1.1 Stocks
Quickley has stepped right back into a heavy workload since returning to the Knicks’ rotation. If R.J. Barrett is out tonight, Quickley’s appeal only grows. At $7,000, he still feels slightly underpriced for his role and upside, especially in a matchup against Milwaukee’s questionable backcourt defense.
1 – Cole Anthony
Position: PG/SG | Salary: $4,900
Projections: 19.0 Points, 4.6 Rebounds, 5.1 Assists, 1.3 Stocks
Assuming Jalen Suggs is out and Anthony remains in the starting lineup, he’s a smash play at $4,900 with point guard/shooting guard eligibility. His optimal lineup rate on DraftKings is through the roof, with a boom percentage north of 50%. That means even if Anthony underperforms slightly, he’s still very likely to be in winning lineups. At this price, with this role, Anthony is simply too good to pass up.
