5 – Jordan Poole
Position: PG | Salary: $6,900
Projections: 22.1 Points, 3.3 Rebounds, 4.8 Assists, 1.5 Stocks
Poole has been logging more minutes recently, and I have him penciled in for 32 tonight against a depleted Dallas Mavericks squad missing several rotation players. Offensively, he’s one of the few bright spots for Washington, and with Dallas likely to field a mix-and-match lineup, this is a great opportunity for Poole to shine. He’s already drawing some ownership, but he’s slightly undervalued for this matchup.
4 – Jaden McDaniels
Position: SF | Salary: $5,300
Projections: 14.1 Points, 5.8 Rebounds, 1.8 Assists, 2.3 Stocks
McDaniels has been a workhorse lately, consistently seeing 34 to 36 minutes per game. Tonight, I have him playing 35 minutes against a favorable opponent. With Donte DiVincenzo still sidelined, McDaniels continues to soak up minutes at small forward, and his defensive contributions add plenty of value to his NBA DFS profile.
3 – Nikola Jokic
Position: C | Salary: $12,000
Projections: 28.0 Points, 12.3 Rebounds, 8.8 Assists, 2.3 Stocks
What else can you say about Jokic? He’s a walking triple-double and tonight’s premier pay-up option in a game with a massive total. Chicago’s defense is one of the worst in the league, and Jokic should dominate on the boards while creating plenty of opportunities for his teammates. A 25-20-15 line is entirely within reach tonight, and he’s the perfect anchor for your lineups.
2 – Jalen Brunson
Position: PG | Salary: $8,800
Projections: 28.0 Points, 3.4 Rebounds, 7.7 Assists, 1.1 Stocks
The Knicks face the Grizzlies tonight in a massive pace-up spot. Memphis is the fastest team in the league, which should lead to increased opportunities for Brunson. The Grizzlies defense is strong, but the tempo offsets that challenge. Brunson is cost effective and looks great for both cash games and tournaments.
1 – Keaton Wallace
Position: PG | Salary: $3,800
Projections: 11.4 Points, 3.0 Rebounds, 4.0 Assists, 1.5 Stocks
Wallace could be the key to unlocking tonight’s slate, depending on injury news from Atlanta. With Trae Young and Jalen Johnson out, and several other Hawks questionable, Wallace could find himself in a starting role again.
If he starts, Wallace’s minutes could easily surpass 30, making him the slate’s premier value play. Pairing Wallace with Jokic creates the perfect salary balance to build competitive lineups.
