CFB DFS Tools & Winning Lineups: 3 Users in Top 5 for DraftKings GPP
Three separate Stokastic users finished top 5 in DraftKings’ CFB DFS $150K Saturday Kickoff on Conference Championship Day. Two, falstaff64 and bmac5888 scored the top two steps on the podium, and Bsgolfer7 added a fifth place — and all finished within 11 fantasy points of each other.
Faltstaff64’s results according to the Post-Contest Simulator look especially impressive given they only used 10 lineups. Check out the total ROI simulations pre-contest for their entries:
Our friend (and recent big Showdown winner) bmac5888 was so kind as to tweet us about not only his second-place finish but also the win AND another top-5 from fellow Stokastic users.
So we’re going to check out his lineup and how it simulated prior to popping off for 241.58 fantasy points on Conference Championship Saturday:
The Sims earmarked this lineup for 82.8% return on investment, which is quite high. The 233.3% total ownership is also on the higher side, but given they used all $50,000 of their salary, that isn’t unusual.
Ultimately, getting Tez Johnson and Cam Skattebo into lineups was a pretty solid way to ensure you were at least cashing given how those guys went off. But every single member of this lineup boomed relative to their salary, and FOUR guys went over 34 fantasy points.
Now, since bmac5888 and Bsgolfer7 went with the usual 101 entries into this contest, their total contest ROIs were a bit lower than falstaff64’s, who only submitted 10 lineups. But hey — all of you folks came out positive, and we don’t play favorites with our users. Congrats to all of our winners this weekend!
